Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days of receipt. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two convenient shipping options to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipping
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to some remote areas in Asia.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Outdoor Living Shop purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your items.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- Undamaged with all tags attached
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Boot Scrapers & Door Mats (hygiene considerations)
- Personalized or Custom-Made Ornamental Pieces
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Contact Customer Service
Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Product name(s) for return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions

Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return
Carefully repackage your item(s) including:
- All original packaging, tags and accessories
- A copy of your order confirmation
- The return authorization number clearly visible
Important: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. For international returns, mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges.
Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once received, we will:
- Inspect returned item(s)
- Process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days
- Send a confirmation email
Refund Information
Refunds are issued to the original payment method:
- Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For exchanges, you’ll be responsible for any price difference when upgrading to a higher-value item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged item from our collection of garden furniture, gazebos, or accessories:

- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost
