Our Return Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In its original condition
- Unused and undamaged
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Boot Scrapers & Door Mats (due to hygiene considerations)
- Personalized or Custom-Made Ornamental Pieces
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your Outdoor Living Shop products:
Step 1: Contact Our Customer Service
Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Product name(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return/exchange
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Our customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with:
- Return authorization number
- Return shipping instructions

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Carefully repackage your item(s) in the original packaging and include:
- All original tags and accessories
- A copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
- The return authorization number clearly visible on the package
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once we receive your return package, we will:
- Inspect the returned item(s)
- Process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days
- Send you a confirmation email
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:
- Credit Card Payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- We will ship your replacement item once the return is received and approved
- You will be responsible for any price difference if exchanging for a higher-value item
- If exchanging for a lower-value item, we will refund the difference
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item from our collection of garden furniture, gazebos, or accessories:

- We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
International Returns
For customers outside the United States (excluding some remote areas in Asia):
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
