Shipping & Delivery
What are my shipping options?
We offer two shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): 10-15 business days via DHL/FedEx with full tracking
- Free Shipping (orders over $50): 15-25 business days via EMS
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide except to some remote areas in Asia and other locations. International customers enjoy the same shipping options and tracking.
What if I’m not home when delivery arrives?
Our carriers will leave a notice with rescheduling/pickup instructions. For valuable items like furniture sets, we recommend being available for delivery to prevent damage.
Can you deliver to PO Boxes?
EMS can deliver to PO Boxes, but for large items like gazebos or furniture sets, we require a physical address for safer delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You may return items within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached. Please contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for replacement or refund as appropriate under our Delivery Guarantee.
Who pays for return shipping?
For damaged/incorrect items, we cover return shipping. For other returns, customers are responsible unless otherwise stated.
